Cape Peponi is Cape Ltd.’s first project, its cornerstone Co. and major tourist resort that is to be built on a Co. 1.5 hectare land near the town of Kilwa Masoko.

79% of the Initial Capital is invested by the Board Of Directors/Headmanagers and 21% is introduced to exterior initial investors.

Cape Peponi’s development and expansion and new Cape Ltd projects will be financed to at least 80% by Cape Ltd’s owners and Cape Peponi’s Net Total Profits. The Investor’s chances to maintain 21% ownership in any Cape Ltd business therefore remain very high.
