Contains two separate buildings that will be constructed to work as homes for the children, hopefully as many as 20 to 30, that will become part of a future Tanzania and the “Cape Ltd family”. The Co. plans to give these children, who will attain the school, all basic education up to seventh grade. During this time and afterwards they will also get a more professional oriented education which is based on wishes and skills and of course also offering availability. This last stage will enable even those children to get a fair shot at a decent life once they reach adulthood.
Cape Ltd’s Board Of Directors are all love giving and caring people, some of them with enough experience of misery to know that a child can never get enough love and care. The Directors therefore hope to achieve this by creating a family feeling and a belonging to a future for the children. The ones old enough to practice their future professions will in some cases choose to take direct part in Co. production or tourist operations. Others will take part of theory or in cases where it is possible for Cape Ltd to arrange so e.g. a boy may end up as a carpenter pupil under a master carpenter. This last version is something that Cape Ltd hopes to be able to arrange within several professions and with several companies both in and outside Tz. (cont.)
The final goal for Cape Ltd is to try to help the school’s students to find work, start their own business and/or work within Cape Ltd’s projects.
